Great personalization but did not realize that behind the words there would be a big black box. Thought the words would be directly on with no additional stitching. Good to know for next time

Wife enjoyed the feel and warmth of the one at a recent hotel visit; so I decided to buy her her own... The she really wanted with the hood was out-of-stock!

Also, she would have liked a few other color choices, and finally, the stitching was a bit unrecognizable / hard to read.
