As we all know, this year is unlike any other. Many of you are experiencing shipping delays, and we sincerely apologize for that. The delays are due to COVID-19 and an overwhelming high volume with our shipping carriers this season, and unfortunately, a number of orders have tracking details that are currently not updating until packages arrive at your local post office. While the orders were processed and left our warehouse, neither we nor you, or customers, can currently see the status of where they are in the shipping process.
Please trust us when we say that we understand how frustrating this is for you, but rest assured that your orders are in transit, albeit with delays. Our teams are working diligently to get more frequent updates from our carriers. Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your continued patience and loyalty.
We offer FREE shipping on ALL ORDERS, if your shipping address is in the mainland US! Shipments outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for free freight and the customer is responsible for all duties and fees.At Chadsworth & Haig, we make every attempt to process your order 1-2 business days from when we receive it. In busy and holiday seasons please allow up to 2-3 business days for the processing of orders.
Please add an additional 2 to 3 business days for orders containing embroidery. These estimated processing times do not include selected shipping time.
You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 3:00pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
